Service Model
When you contact us at drawntech3D@gmail.com we will respond within 24 hours. The email will explain what we will exactly need to complete your project along with a quoted price, and the details needed to create a contract.
The rate will be $25/hr which, if I go over the quoted time on our own time or if we made a mistake there will be no extra charges. Extra charges will be incurred if the customer wants a change in the product given which is a no fault of our company. Before we begin any work we will require 25% of the quoted amount before any work begins and the rest of the money within 24 hours of me submitting the project within your satisfaction. All payments will be done through e-transfer where the details to complete the e-transfer will be given to the customer in the response email.
Included in the contract will be: that I will not share any information given to me by the company and if the customer accepts my work that if any failure occurs it will not be at our companies fault.
